I started this service to support my local community with everyday tech. Whether you're setting up a new tablet, having email issues, struggling with streaming apps on your TV, or just need someone to show you how to use apps like WhatsApp or Zoom, I’m here to help.
After years of helping friends and family with their tech, I realised how many people just need clear, friendly support they can trust. I’m the kind of person you’ll feel comfortable having in your home — calm, respectful, and easy to talk to.
I support people who are working from home as well as individuals, and families. I’ll come to you and explain everything in simple terms. Every question is a good question.

Hi, I’m Tori. I’m currently finishing my IT degree at RMIT, majoring in Digital Innovation. I’ve lived and gone to school in Stonnington my whole life, so this community really means a lot to me.
Over the years, I’ve become the person friends and family rely on whenever they have tech questions or problems. Whether it’s sorting out email issues, setting up smart TVs, or walking someone through how to use new apps, I’m happy to help. I’m confident working with both Mac and Microsoft software, and I’m also comfortable with smart devices like TVs, speakers, and more.
On top of that, I can fix hardware problems on computers and troubleshoot Wi-Fi issues, so I cover a wide range of tech challenges. I know technology can sometimes feel overwhelming or frustrating, so I always try to explain things calmly and clearly. My goal is to make tech easier to understand and less stressful, so anyone can feel confident using their devices.
